• A sales representative will contact Customers within 7 working days after successfully opening the RTJH account and Maybank MyArafah Savings Account.
• Customers can participate in Maybank MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account program for Hajj for free with deposits starting from IDR6,000,000. Registration can be done through Maybank's sales representative.
• Customers meet with a sales representative for the Hajj registration process by bringing email proof of opening Maybank MyArafah Savings Account and RTJH account.
• Customers deposit funds within a maximum of 14 working days to Maybank Savings Account by selecting 1 of the following 2 options:
  1. Make an initial deposit to Maybank MyArafah Savings Account minimum IDR500,000 to get a cash reward, to an RTJH account starting from IDR6,000 and initial deposit to Maybank MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account min. IDR100,000 if the Customer participates in the regular savings program at Maybank MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account.

  2. Make a minimum deposit to Maybank MyArafah Savings Account of IDR25,500,000 for the initial Hajj deposit and get a cash reward. Then Customer independently carries out the process of transferring funds from Maybank MyArafah Savings Account to an RTJH account worth IDR25 million via M2U ID App.
• Customer signs the wakalah agreement document and transfer form from the RTJH account to the BPKH (Hajj Financial Management Agency) Current Account.
• Customers will receive an email notification of initial BIPIH deposit sheet (Hajj Travel Expenses) and Hajj validation number to the email address registered in the system.
• Customers submit proof of transfer, proof of initial BIPIH deposit and other documents to the Ministry of Religion office or can also register via the Ministry of Religion's Smart Haji application.
• After Customers are registered as Hajj candidates, they will receive a cash reward of IDR50,000

Terms and Conditions:

• Promo is valid for the first 350 Customers who have received the Hajj validation number portion.
• Customer balance in Maybank MyArafah Savings Account after Hajj quota validation is minimum IDR500,000
• The cash reward given is net value, after deduction of 20% tax.
