Go to the dashboard page

Tap “Card Management”

Tap ‘plus’ symbol (+) at lower right on Your screen

Choose your Maybank Savings to request a Maybank Debit Card/ATM and make sure you have savings in an account with a minimum balance of IDR 100,000

Select “Deliver ATM Card”

Make sure Your shipping address is correct and tap “Next”

Read the confirmation process. Tap “Yes” to continue

Select Your preferred account to be charged of IDR20,000 for card request fee

Input passcode Secure2u

Your card request process is successful. Check at “Card Management” to ensure Your additional card number is proceeding

Debit card picked up is available only at Maybank branch in Jakarta: Sentral Senayan 3, Thamrin, MT Haryono, Lippo Cikarang dan Karawang.

Tap “Card Management”.

Tap ‘plus’ symbol (+) at lower right on Your screen.

Choose your Maybank Savings to request a Maybank Debit Card/ATM and make sure you have savings in an account with a minimum balance of IDR 100,000.

Select “At Branch”.

Read the confirmation process. Tap “Yes” to continue.

Your card request at the selected branch has been successfully scheduled.
