- Covers the Insured and/or additional persons who receive permission from the Insured for their third party legal liability with regard to all damage and bodily injury brought on by their negligence while operating their vehicle (four-wheeled, except for public transportation), either in accordance with a court ruling or in accordance with a settlement through an agreement known to PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia.
- Reimbursement of legal costs and legal assistance costs of the Insured, for a max. Sum Insured of IDR10,000,000,000, subject to written approval from PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia.
Things You Need to Know
- Drivers must be at least 17 years old and in possession of both an ID card and a valid driver's license (SIM A).
- 10% Deductible for each occurrence.
- Coverage valid for four-wheeled vehicles only (excluding buses, trucks, public transportations, and freight transports).

As Mr. Fajar has Automobile liability insurance, his Insurer can pay for the damage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy, amounting to:

You can visit the nearest Maybank branch office for registration.
Additional documents that must be included for the registration process are as follows:
- A copy of ID Card
- Complete vehicle information (including make and model, model year, vehicle registration plate number, vehicle type), and STNK (Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan/Vehicle Registration Certificate)
Claim Procedure
- Contact Allianz Care at 1500136, or by email at cs@allianz.co.id
- Make sure you make a claim notification within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the date the risk occurred.
