Requirements

1. For schools that already have coorporated with Maybank, required documents are copy of parent's ID, child birth certificate/family card/NIK/NISN/NIS & NPWP of parents/guardian or other statements to explain about parents/guardian NPWP number.
2. Complete account opening application form with parents or guardian's signature.
3. Submit the form and other requirement to school.
4. Maybank officer will come and provide a passbook also Maybank ATM card.
