Maybank Indonesia believes when energy, knowledge and skills of motivated talents are synergized, any goals are within reach.  Management understands that motivation is an essential role in every individual’s achievement and will certainly lead to the overall accomplishment of Maybank Indonesia’s mission.  Therefore, Maybank Indonesia held a short training to our Young Talent prior to the execution of On The Job Training.  The participants, which consist of Relationship Manager Development Program (RMDP) and Information Technology Development Program (ITDP), had motivation coaching session from Maybank Indonesia Board of Director, represented by HC Director Irvandi Ferizal on November 7th 2019 at Maybank Academy Wisma Kodel.
