• This program is applicable to individuals who are not yet Maybank Customers or who do not currently hold any products available at Maybank.
• How to get Umrah discount voucher worth IDR2.5 million:
  1. Download M2U ID and open a Maybank Global Access iB Savings Account.

  2. Place funds in Maybank Global Access iB Savings Account with a minimum deposit of IDR1 million.
  3. Maintain a minimum balance of IDR1 million until the end of the account opening month.
• Terms for the Umrah discount voucher worth IDR2.5 million:
  1. The Umrah discount voucher will be issued within a maximum of 60 working days after the Customer has successfully fulfilled all program requirements and conditions.
  2. The Umrah discount voucher can only be redeemed for Umrah packages offered by the following travel partners:
     1. Khazzanah Tour & Travel
     2. Iskandaria Tour & Travel
     3. Khalifa Asia Tour & Travel
     4. Dwins Tour & Travel
     5. SS Tour & Travel
  3. The Umrah discount voucher must be redeemed no later than 28 February 2027 after it has been received by the Customer.
  4. The Umrah discount voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with other types of rewards.
  5. The Umrah discount voucher is valid for only one Umrah package.
  6. The Hajj & Umrah travel partners are active and officially appointed partners of Maybank Indonesia. The partner operates in Umrah and Special Hajj travel services and is licensed under the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
  7. Customers agree to be contacted by the Hajj & Umrah partner for verification and Umrah package offers.
  8. If a Customer has any complaints regarding the Umrah services, they may contact the designated Person in Charge (PIC) of the respective travel partners:

  9. If there are changes to the Umrah schedule by the Hajj & Umrah partner resulting in travel dates falling outside the voucher validity period, the reward will remain valid with the closest available schedule after the voucher validity period.
  10. Any increase in package price will be borne by the Customer.
  11. The Umrah package is not a product of Maybank Indonesia.
  12. Confirmation of departure schedules and the provision of Umrah travel services are entirely the responsibility of the respective Hajj & Umrah travel partner.
  13. The provision of Umrah packages and all related travel services are the sole responsibility of the respective Hajj & Umrah travel partner.
• The reward options in this program are subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Maybank Indonesia is unable to accommodate specific Customer requests for certain denominations, and fulfillment will be subject to availability.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to conduct further reviews and examinations, as well as reject any Account Opening application submitted by the Customer, by providing notification in accordance with applicable regulations.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program in its entirety; vary, delete, or add any of the terms and conditions; and to make such decision at its absolute discretion by providing notification in accordance with applicable regulations, which will be announced on www.maybank.co.id
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Customer proven or suspected of fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in other deliberate manipulation in connection with the program's implementation.
