Automobile Liability Insurance

Automobile Liability Insurance is insurance that covers liabilities arising from loss or bodily injury to third parties caused by you, and/or other persons with your consent, while driving a motor vehicle.

How to Apply

Policyholder will be contacted by Telemarketing Asuransi Allianz Utama to get this insurance offer. The general conditions for participating in this insurance are as follows:

1. Minimum age 17 years / until the driver has of an ID card and Driver's license ( SIM A ) or a maximum age of 60 years.
2. Motor vehicles that can be guaranteed are four-wheeled vehicles (excluding buses, trucks, public transportation and goods transportation). The maximum age of the vehicle is 15 years provided that the Vehicle Registration Certificate (Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan / STNK) is still valid, roadworthy and there is evidence of routine maintenance at an authorized dealer workshop.
3. This insurance covers all regions in Indonesia.

Claim Procedure

1. Contact Allianz Customer Care at 1500136 to find out the procedures and complete documents needed and send softcopy documents via email to cs@allianz.co.id
2. After knowing all the completeness of the required documents, then send the hardcopy documents to the following address:

3. Ensure that the Policyholder does notify the claim within a maximum period of 3 (three) calendar days after the date of occurrence of the risk.
4. Policyholder is obliged to settle the claim payment within 30 (thirty) calendar days since there is a written agreement between the Insurer and the Insured regarding the amount of the claim to be paid.

Dokumen Standar Klaim:

1. Claim form.
2. Photocopy of Driver's License (SIM) A valid driver at the time of the accident.
   
3. Photocopy of valid vehicle registration certificate ( STNK ).
   
4. Claim Letter from 3rd party (stamped 6,000).
   
5. Photo of the insured vehicle (see the whole and the license plate is visible).
   
6. Photo / scraping the frame number of the insured vehicle.
   
7. Police letter explaining the accident, document for claim.

1. Standard documents (see list of Standard Documents).
2. Identification document that proves third party ownership. against property that has been lost.
3. Copy of third party identity card (KTP).
   
4. Photo of damage to property of third parties who suffered losses.
   
5. Receipt of payment/repair/replacement for losses suffered by third parties.
6. Other supporting documents if needed.

Documents for third party bodily injury claims:

1. Standard documents (see list of standard documents).
2. Copy of third party identity card (KTP).
   
3. Receipt of payment / treatment / for losses suffered by third parties.
   
4. Certificate of heirs legalized at least by village officials (in the event that a third party dies).
   
5. Identity document of the heir (in the event that the third party dies).
   
6. Other supporting documents if needed.
7. Other documents if needed as long as relevant and reasonable (will be informed later depending on the type of claim).
