This is a feature to ease customers in converting their registered credit card transactions that have not exceeded their due date into installments. Only transactions by receipts can be converted into installments. Bill payments or existing installments cannot be further converted.

ere is the details for Installment Plan interest rates via M2U ID App :

• Program period: 1 October - 31 December 2022
• Get 0% installment rate valid for transactions with a minimum of IDR 1,000,000,-
• Valid for tenors of 3 months , 6 months, and 12 months
• Transactions that can be converted into installments are transactions recorded on the Maybank Credit Card system or have appeared on M2U ID App
• Installment conversions must be made at the latest 5 days before the Maybank credit card billing due date
• Other terms & conditions related to installments will adhere to the terms & conditions of Xpay Just Call program.

There is fee of IDR300,000,- per transaction for early repayments or installment cancellations

The installment application status will be informed within 5 business days through SMS text message / M2U Notification

• Application approved:
  Yth Pemegang Maybank KK dgn 3 digit akhir x016. Transaksi Anda di BINANCE Rp10.000.000,- telah dikonversi ke cicilan 24 bulan pada 24 May 2021. Info 1500611
• Application not approved:
  Mohon maaf, transaksi dari Maybank KK Anda dgn 3 digit akhir x002 di BINANCE senilai Rp6.000.000,- tidak berhasil dikonversi menjadi cicilan. Info lebih lanjut di 1500611.
