How to reload your PLN

How to reload your PLN electricity token

Log in to M2U ID App

On your account dashboard, select ‘Purchase’ menu

Choose ‘PLN Reload’

Choose PLN PrepaidToken

Select source account for the transaction

Enter Customer Number

Select the desired top-up amount

Check the purchase details and click Confirmation

Login to M2U ID Web at https://m2u.maybank.co.id

On your account dashboard, click the “Transactions” button on the upper right corner.

Select the “Purchase” menu on the transaction page
Select your source of fund
Select “PLN Reload” from the drop-down option

Click the drop-down icon and choose“PLN Prepaid”.

Enter the Customer number.
Select the nominal amount of the token you want to reload.
Click the “Purchase” button.

Open the pop up notification from M2U ID App on your hanpdhone

Check the transaction details. If correct, click Confirm.

Input Secure2u passcode

Transaction has been successfully authenticated.

Your payment of electricity token has been successful

Your purchase of the electricity token has been successful and please remember to 'write' down the token number. Click “New Purchase” to make another purchase or “Download Receipt” to get your transaction receipt.

Your transaction receipt has been successfully downloaded.
