How to reload your PLN electricity token

On your account dashboard, select ‘Purchase’ menu

Login to M2U ID Web at https://m2u.maybank.co.id

On your account dashboard, click the “Transactions” button on the upper right corner.

  1. Select the “Purchase” menu on the transaction page
  2. Select your source of fund
  3. Select “PLN Reload” from the drop-down option

Click the drop-down icon and choose“PLN Prepaid”.

  1. Enter the Customer number.
  2. Select the nominal amount of the token you want to reload.
  3. Click the “Purchase” button.

On the transaction confirmation page, check the purchase details once again and if appropriate, click “Request TAC”.

Input the TAC that has been sent to your registered phone number, then click “Confirm” to continue.

Your purchase of the electricity token has been successful and please remember to 'write' down the token number. Click “New Purchase” to make another purchase or “Download Receipt” to get your transaction receipt.

Your transaction receipt has been successfully downloaded.
