Login to M2U ID Web (New Website) at https://m2u.maybank.co.id

On your account dashboard, click the "Transactions" button on the upper right corner

1. Select the "Transfer" menu on the transaction page
2. Select your source of fund on the "Transfer from" column
3. Select RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) from the drop-down option on the "Transfer to" column.

Select the bank that will be the beneficiary of the transfer

1. Enter the account number for the beneficiary of the transfer
2. Enter the nominal amount you want to transfer. Make sure the nominal amount being transferred is greater than IDR100,000,000
3. Enter the beneficiary's name
4. Enter the source of the funds and the purpose of the transaction
5. Enter the beneficiary's type and citizen status
6. Select the effective date of the transfer. Click the toggle button if you want to transfer recurrently
7. Fill in the message and beneficiary email (optional).
8. Click the "Transfer" button

Review your transaction details, then click ‘Confirm’ if everything is correct.

Confirmation will be done via M2U ID App. Open the pop-up notification from M2U ID App on your smartphone.

Review the transaction details again in M2U ID App, then click ‘Confirm’ if everything is correct.
