How to open an online deposit account through the M2U ID App?
Online deposits can be opened by logging into the M2U ID App, selecting the “Online Deposit” menu by clicking the “+” button on the account display, specifying the type, tenor, amount of funds, and deposit maturity instructions, then confirming the transaction with the Secure2u passcode
More practical & easy anytime and anywhere to open Maybank Deposit/Deposit iB via M2U ID App/M2U Web ID. Get competitive deposit rates or returns with variety of placement periods, as well as the convenience of renewal with Automatic Roll Over system (ARO).
After logging into your dashboard account M2U, click “Time deposit”
Click on the “3 dots” next to deposit you want to stop ARO, then click “View detail” to see detail Deposit information
Next, Click on the “3 dots” on the top right, then click “Stop Automatic Rollover”
You will get the notification “Stop Automatic rollover will be effective 2 days after it is submitted to bank”, then click “ok”
On the transaction confirmation page, check your transaction Instruction details and if appropriate click “Confirm”
Open the pop up notification from M2U ID App on your hanpdhone
Check the transaction details. If correct, click Confirm
Input Secure2u passcode
Transaction has been successfully authenticated
