Benefits of ApartemenKu Insurance (Asuransi ApartemenKu) 

Personal Accident

1. Death Benefit
   If the insured passes away due to an accident, Allianz will provide benefits of 100% of the Sum Insured to the beneficiaries in accordance to the insurance plans chosen by the Insured, up to the maximum value stated in the table of benefits. 
2. Accidental Permanent Disability Benefit
   If the insured suffers from a permanent disability caused by an accident, Allianz will pay the permanent disability benefit to the beneficiaries up to the percentage limits in accordance to the table of benefits:

Residential Building Compensation

If the Insured Apartment unit suffers damage or loss from fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft impact and smoke, earthquake and other things covered by the Policy, causing total loss of function of the insured’s apartment unit as a place of residence and forcing the Insured to find a temporary accomodation, then Allianz will provide insurance benefits to the Insured as compensation with a maximum reimbursement of the value stated in the benefits table.

The above-mentioned term "total loss of function" refers to a situation in which the damage or loss is completely irreparable, rendering the insured person's residential unit uninhabitable.

The benefits are paid for each occurrence, accident, and as a whole in one year.

Temporary Accommodation Benefit Due to Flood

Allianz will provide compensation to the Insured if the Insured's access to return to the Insured's Apartment is blocked due to flood. The provision of compensation for temporary accommodation due to flooding is a maximum of 10% of the compensation for loss of apartment units, with a maximum amount of IDR500,000 per day.

Personal Legal Liability

Allianz will provide compensation to the Insured for all legal responsibilities of the Insured as the Owner of the Apartment Unit, in regards to any loss that arises directly from the Insured Apartment Unit and the Insured's Property. The maximum compensation for Personal Legal Liability is IDR10,000,000.

The benefits are paid for each occurrence, accident, and as a whole in one year.
