Things You Need to Know
Payment of Claims to the Insured will be made within 10 working days after the required documents are received correctly and completely by Allianz.

Claim Illustration
Mr. Tono bought the Earthquake Insurance (Asuransi Gempa Bumi) from Allianz. During the policy period, the area in which he resided in experienced an earthquake, causing a total loss, with total claim value of IDR200,000,000. In accordance with the insurance policy, Allianz will pay IDR195,000,000 in claims, after a deductible of IDR5,000,000 (2.5% of the total coverage).

How to Register
You can visit the nearest Maybank branch office for registration. Additional documents that must be included for the registration process are as follows:
- A copy of ID Card
- Photos of the property to be insured and the surrounding area
- Photos of the contents of the property

Please ensure that claim notifications are made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the date of risk occurrence.
