The Bank continues to develop and maintain good communication with regulators, investors, within capital market, and public in general. In this regard, the Bank has a Corporate Secretary who plays an important role in ensuring smooth communication between the Bank and its stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of information in a timely and accurate manner to all stakeholders.

Putu Dewika, Corporate Secretary
Dewika, Head of Corporate Secretary of PT Maybank Indonesia, Tbk and was appointed as Corporate Secretary of Maybank since 1 April 2024.
Working Experience
Dewika started her career journey as a lawyer at HHP Baker Mckenzie, Jakarta with areas of focus include banking and finance, capital market and corporate law. She was involved in various deals and transaction on behalf of the firm. Prior to joining Maybank, she was Executive Vice President at PT Danareksa (Persero) with various roles and responsibilities.
Education Background
Dewika obtained bachelor degree from University of Indonesia, majoring in Law. She holds Indonesian Advocate License and Public Relations License
Legal Basis
Dewika appointed as Maybank’s corporate secretary, effective from 1 April 2024 according to Board of Directors Decree of Maybank No. SK.2024.001/DIR COMPLIANCE dated 1 April 2024. The appointment has been reported to OJK & IDX and announced to the public.
Roles & Responsibilities
In general, roles and responsibilities of the Corporate Secretary are as follows:
- Stay up-to-date with Capital Market developments especially Capital Market regulations.
- Provide input to the Board of Directors (“BOD”) and Board of Commissioners (“BOC”) regarding the compliance with capital market regulations.
- Assist the BOD and BOC in implementing corporate governance, including:
- Information disclosure to the public, including the availability of information on the Bank’s Website
- Timely submission of reports to the Financial Services Authority.
- Organization and documentation of the GMS.
- Organization and documentation of Boards of Directors and Commissioners meetings.
- As the Bank’s liaison in communicating with the shareholders, Financial Services Authority, and other stakeholders.
