If your daily Rupiah balance ever falls below IDR5 million, a minimum balance fee of IDR20,000 will be charged, subject to the following conditions:

• If your Rupiah balance is insufficient, the system will debit other currencies in priority order.
• If your balance in one currency is still insufficient, the system will debit balances from several other currencies until the total fee is met.

1. Any Bank ATM in Domestic
   Free fees apply for:
   • Cash withdrawals
   • Balance inquiries
   • Inter-account transfers; or
   • Failed transactions

   For Customers who open Maybank Global Access/Global Access iB Savings Account starting 29 June 2026, free fees apply if the Customer maintains a minimum average monthly balance of IDR500,000 on previous month with the following quotas:

   Transaction fees will be charged upfront and subsequently refunded to your Maybank Global Access/Global Access iB Savings Account at the end of the following month, subject to applicable quota requirements.

2. Maybank ATMs Located in Malaysia
   Cash withdrawal fees will be charged initially and subsequently credited back to the Maybank Global Access/Global Access iB Savings Account by the end of the following month after cash withdrawal transaction is made at Maybank ATM in Malaysia, so Customers will not be charged any fees.
