Choose U as Your savings account, “Regular or “Shariah”.
Prepare e-KTP, Your best selfie photo and complete all data in the account opening form.
Debit Card will be sent directly to Your correspondence address and activate Your Debit Card via M2U ID App.

General terms and conditions

You can have 1 (one) Maybank Tabungan U or U iB Savings Account and maximum 9 (nine) U Goal Saver/ U Goal Saver iB Account.
Please ensure that Your U Goal Saver/ U Goal Saver iB Account is active to enjoy full benefits from Maybank Tabungan U or U iB.
Cashback from Smart Spending will be credited to U Goal Saver/ U Goal Saver iB Account.
If U Goal Saver/ U Goal Saver iB Account has been matured, cashback will be credited to the new U Goal Saver/ U Goal Saver iB Account. Make sure to open new U Goal Saver/ U Goal Saver iB Account as the prerequisite to get cashback from Smart Spending.
If You do not have active U Goal Saver/ U Goal Saver iB Account, cashback from Smart Spending cannot be credited to Your account.
U Goal Saver/ U Goal Saver iB Account cannot be closed before its maturity. If Customer asks for closing before maturity, IDR10,000 will be charged per account and the process is authorized to performed after 3 (three) months of enrollment.
Cashback 10% from Smart Spending feature will only be given based on total transaction of purchase & payment using Maybank U or U iB Debit Card & QR Pay and bill payment via M2U ID App occur in 1 (one) Maybank U or U iB Savings Account with status active. In case of Customer owns more than 1 Maybank U or U iB Savings Account or combination of both, thus only 1 Maybank U or U iB Savings Account with the highest accumulation of purchase & payment using Maybank U or U iB Debit Card & QR Pay and bill payment via M2U ID App in 1 month that will considered eligible as the baseline for cashback calculation (Prizes given come from bank funding sources and are not part of the Customer's profit sharing).
Customer who has more than one Maybank U or U iB Savings Account is advised to only keep 1 Maybank U or U iB Savings Account with status active, and let the rest is closed.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia has the right to do further review and decline the Customer’s request for account opening, by notifiying based on regulation applied.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has right to cancel, postpone, extend or end this program before; with variety of deleting or adding any terms and conditions by making announcement based on regulation applied and will be informed in www.maybank.co.id.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time, according to own judgments has the right to disqualify Customer that has proven or indicated practice Fraud activities, violated regulations, and/or conducted manipulation, of the program stated.
